I am very happy to say that I have secured the rental of a Toronto District School Board pool to run Aqua Therapy classes for people with lymphedema. I have extensive experience with patients with lymphedema and have 10 years experience as an aquafit instructor in Toronto. The classes will have a lifeguard on duty
The class will be 45 min in length. Please click the schedule link for time and cost. Please bring bathing cap and goggles as we will be doing bobbing type exercises. Generally the exercises are very gentle and the pool is kept at 85 degrees. You should be comfortable in a water enviroment
